Creating the Message

Create your message simply by typing on your computer or laptop with a Word-like WYSIWYG application. Edit it for detail and clarity, and then click "Send."

G2Alert will transmit your text message as written AND convert it to clear and understandable speech.

Sending the Message

G2Alert reaches a wide variety of digital, analog and satellite communication devices. In any order and combination. For each and every individual and organization you need to reach. All in a single wave. With the verbal message and/or text message you need to send.

If necessary, a second and third wave will reach these devices again, in different combinations and orders of priority as needed.

Active Confirmation

Message recipients are asked to actively confirm receipt. If no confirmation is received, a second wave goes out, perhaps to a recipient's alternate or secondary device. These protocols are individually programmed and set in G2Alert's powerful list management capabilities.

As needed, G2 Alert can automatically create a LIVE conference call among up to 25 confirmed call recipients.

List Power

The power of G2Alert resides in its ability to generate and manage lists. Upon set-up, G2Alert is populated with the names and communications protocols of each individual and organization you may need to reach. You can work with those pre-defined lists and merge or filter them to meet your needs.

During a crisis or emergency, you can create custom lists that best suit the situation.

Real-Time, Actionable Intelligence = Intelligent Action

Beyond the outbound alerts and the inbound confirmations, G2Alert has the unique power for real-time feedback and data collection:

  • Feedback to create in real time an accurate and evolving picture of what you are facing, helping you determine the materials, equipment, and manpower you need to respond.

  • Immediate creation of custom web-based information to fit the nature and scope of the event

From your home base or remote command site, G2Alert enables you to create:

A User Web Site – this private site collects internal contact information and is the key G2Alert tool for managing recipient profiles

An Event Web Site – using this secure, private site, first responders go here to relay event-specific information and to learn more about what they are facing

A Public Web Site – this site allows everyone -- public officials, the general public, the news media, etc. -- to access up-to-the-minute information and to report in with new information.

Especially in emergency situations such as 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina, much has been made of the coordination of emergency response services at the scene. With G2Alert, all first responders need is access to a web browser -- hardwired or wireless -- to send their on-the-scene details to an event-specific web site. The result is that everyone concerned -- police, fire, military, health, etc. -- looks at, shares and acts on the same information, even as the event or situation changes. No more communications silos. And no more speculation, rumor and inaccurate information.

The Basis for G2Alert

G2Alert is a second-generation patent-pending innovation based on the highly successful SMART Internet Marketing system created by dockside.net Inc. SMART, through its powerful list management capabilities, enables corporations and organizations throughout the world to send millions of opt-in messages and newsletters a month AND gather response and survey information on a real-time basis. G2Alert harnesses these proven SMART capabilities in a new and dynamic application for emergency notification and intelligence gathering.
